update
Skollheim and MTSU rebalance high prestiges and fix a camera that could stay locked.

Update 1.2.1 by Skollheim and MTSU reworks the late game. Past 2,000 m the depth needed for a prestige keeps growing by 50 m each time, and past 2,500 m it has to be reached on the Moon. Past prestige 20, each prestige adds 2 to the multiplier.
Ghost miners are weaker: they last 20 seconds, move slower, hit softer, and only two can be out at once.
Chained prestiges could lock the camera for the rest of a save; stuck saves get their camera back when they load. Dynamite and the elevator drill now count for the ore and gem achievements.
